Q: Can you cut metal?
A: Unfortunately no, we don't have a powerful enough laser to do that.

Q: Can you engrave photos?
A: Yes, we can engrave photos on most of our materials.

Q: What kind of file do you need?
A: We prefer PDFs and TIFFs, but also work with JPGs, GIFS, and all other major file types. However, for the image to work, it should be at least 300 DPI, and larger than the final engraving surface.

Q: Can I mail you my photo?
A: Yes, you can send it to our physical address. We will return it to you when we ship you your product.
